I learn your operations, your pain points, and where your time is going. Then I tell you, in plain language, what's worth pursuing and in what order.
The output isn't a theoretical report with 40 vague recommendations. It's a prioritized list of three to five specific initiatives, each with a realistic effort estimate, a cost range, and the reasoning behind why I'm recommending it over everything else I looked at.
